Peak reporting experience
As part of a comprehensive redesign of the Titlis Bergbahnen brand, the company’s annual report, and an AGM invitation incorporating a short report, have also been given a new, fresh look. The reporting has been revised and optimised to appeal to the relevant audience with a combination of facts and emotion.
“We were impressed by Linkgroup’s consulting services, well thoughtout concept and professional implementation. When we embarked on the production of our annual report, we were looking for a reliable partner who could support us in all areas and offer a high level of vertical integration. That’s why we chose an experienced company with a proven track record.”
Client’s wish
Following the launch of its rebranding initiative, Titlis Bergbahnen wanted its modernised brand identity to also be reflected in its reporting. Linkgroup was commissioned to apply the new CI/CD to the company’s reports and refine it to create a distinct brand identity. The company also wanted a new storytelling content approach geared specifically to its target audiences, with Linkgroup serving as a one-stop shop to streamline processes and reduce interfaces.
Solution
Thanks to an emotional storytelling approach and a modern design, content is now not only informative, but also visually appealing and memorable. Even the title, Numbers 2022/23, conveys the new corporate identity and provides a unique and holistic complement to the key words behind the new brand identity. The impressive new annual report, prepared as a smart web PDF in landscape format, features improved screen readability and interactive, intuitive navigation. The clear, modern layout combines the tradition of Titlis Bergbahnen with the present. The new image is rounded off by an invitation to the annual general meeting incorporating a short report in the same design.
Process
Linkgroup worked closely with Titlis Bergbahnen to analyse its previous reporting. On this basis, Linkgroup developed a new content policy with stronger and more incisive storytelling across the board. The sustainability section was integrated more closely into the report. In response to changing reader behaviour and to make the experience more enjoyable, pages were given a more inviting and relaxed visual design, with text broken up by large images and graphic elements. Different journalistic storytelling formats provide additional variety and entertainment and create a dynamic narrative structure, bringing the topics covered by the report to life and making them more tangible.
