“Journal”: journalistic online portal and high-quality print edition.


Zug Estates wanted to create a digital platform for its content marketing initiatives: the idea was that information, stories and emotional messages should directly reach potential target groups via the digital route. Content on the portal generates traffic for the website – via the home page or social media. The topic portal is smartly networked with the print edition of the same name which offers more in-depth background information. In close collaboration with the client, Linkgroup developed – in addition to the print edition – the “Journal” portal that’s integrated in the website.


The Zug Estates Group is a real estate company listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange. It conceives, develops, markets and manages properties in the Zug region. The total value of its portfolio on 31 December 2018 was CHF 1.54 billion. The largest share of its real estate portfolio is located in two areas in Zug and Risch Rotkreuz (Suurstoffi), and the portfolio is broadly diversified in accordance with types of use.
