Fundamenta has given its websites a comprehensive relaunch. Linkgroup created and delivered a uniform, modern design and identity with core messages that are consistently geared to the company’s different target audiences – all supported with newly developed infographics.

Client’s wish

At Fundamenta Group (Schweiz) AG, investors and owners benefit from the experience and expertise of more than 40 experts. The House of Real Estate provides integral asset management services and customised solutions from real estate acquisition and development to property and portfolio management. It all revolves around people. Fundamenta wanted a modern and standardised web presence to convey this approach. A particular priority was efficient, central maintenance and management.

Solution

At the heart of the new solution is the fresh, modern new look of the Fundamenta Group, with one website each for Fundamenta (Schweiz) AG, Fundamenta Real Estate AG and the Fundamenta Investment Foundation. All sites can be managed efficiently and easily in the same TYPO3 backend. With a usercentred information architecture, intuitive navigation, smart links within the websites and a modern, harmonised design, Linkgroup has optimally implemented the House of Real Estate approach.

Process

Customer journey maps and a target audience touchpoint analysis were used as the basis for the UX/UI process. Search-engine-optimised content structured for the relevant audiences, each with its own landing page, colour scheme and interactive modules, guides users rapidly to the information they’re looking for. The existing design was harmonised and developed further. The websites now stand out with their high-contrast typography and independent colour schemes. Newly developed infographics also make complex content easy for readers to understand.

Fundamenta Group (Schweiz) AG is a leading independent real estate asset manager based in Zug, Switzerland. The company pursues a holistic management approach, systematically applying its expertise to create sustainable value. The company supports collective investment vehicles as well as institutional and private property owners at all stages of the value chain. Since January 2024, Fundamenta Group (Schweiz) AG has been part of Swiss Prime Site (SPS), belonging to the Swiss Prime Site Solutions (SPSS) real estate asset management division.
