Topic portal and magazine to promote customer care and retention.

Task

The anticipated liberalisation of the electricity market is opening up fresh opportunities: ewl wanted to proactively structure its communication portfolio to make it more effective. The intention was to realign its established customer magazine (“flux”) in terms of its content, structure, and visual elements. However, a new online topic portal that was integrated in its corporate website was required for target groups that have an affinity for the internet. Linkgroup analysed the digital and printed applications and developed a crossmedia communication concept including integral implementation.

ewl (energy water luzern) is an energy supplier based in the city of Luzern which operates throughout Central Switzerland. Its ecologically and economically sustainable offerings comprise electricity, natural gas, heat, water, telecommunications, energy services, and electrical installations.
