Sustainability report: Pensimo practises what it preaches.
Task
Pensimo has entitled its sustainability report Sustainability Practice. It’s conceived as a workshop report. The report, which is being published for the first time, shows how Pensimo puts sustainability into practice in its daily work, creates concrete value and utility, and maintains transparent governance. Pensimo chose Linkgroup because it wanted to buy as many services as possible from a single source – from concept development to content creation (in cooperation with Steiner Kommunikationsberatung), communication design and productive implementation. In addition to facts and figures, the publication offers many narrative elements, project examples, interviews, illustrations and more.
Client
Pensimo Management AG is an independent service company and competence centre for real estate and real estate management. It currently holds more than 500 properties with a market value of more than CHF 13 billion. The largest part of the real estate portfolio is held by four investment foundations: Turidomus, Pensimo, Testina and Adimora. Pensimo bills these foundations only the actual costs, including the agreed dividend to shareholders. Established in 1993, Pensimo Management AG is owned by ten of the largest shareholders in the Pensimo Group (Pensimo Gruppe). Pensimo Group traces its roots back to the establishment in 1942 of Pensimo AG by industrialists Max and Ernst Schmidheiny.
