Corporate communications: modern and audience-oriented

Swiss Prime Site (SPS) places great impor­tance on devel­oping its cor­porate commu­nications. From web­site to finan­cial and sustain­ability report­ing to cor­porate pub­lishing and design, Linkgroup has been sup­porting the company on this journey for many years. 

Swiss Prime Site has shaped living environ­ments, driven inno­vation in con­struction and building oper­ations and set stand­ards for sustain­able real estate for more than 25 years. With a property portfolio worth around CHF 27 billion(as of 30.06.2025), the company is one of Switzerland’s leading real estate players. 

A commitment to sustainability in a magazine-like format

It was with an ESG booklet that Swiss Prime Site pre­sented its sustain­ability ambi­tions in 2025 – in a high-quality format com­bining facts with emotion. Clear illus­trations and varied layouts enable the new booklet to make complex topics such as the circular economy easy to grasp. Pub­lished in both print and digital form, it ad­dresses a wide range of stake­holder groups.  

Sustainability reporting

Even before this, Swiss Prime Site had taken steps to enhance its sustain­ability report­ing. Its non-financial report now features new cockpit pages with key figures and high­lights de­signed to align with the “Review” magazine, an annual publi­cation embed­ded within the overall report. Offering deeper insights into the company’s devel­opment, the mag­azine stands out from the other report­ing formats with a more visual and narra­tive ap­proach. 

Linkgroup created the concept for this modular reporting structure and oversees the design and on­going optimi­sation of each compo­nent. 

A multi-purpose communications platform

Swiss Prime Site’s corporate website seam­lessly inte­grates its report­ing content while providing space for story­telling and addi­tional commu­nication channels – such as direct access to media releases and news­letters. A central CMS manages all digital commu­nications and supports trans­parent stake­holder engage­ment. Linkgroup delivered the project, including the re­branding, as a one-stop shop.
