Natalie Huber

Since 2026, Natalie has been responsible for the operational management and ongoing development of Linkgroup as Chief Operating Officer (COO). She laid the foundation for her career as a trained typographer and, over many years, built extensive leadership experience in comparable roles. Most recently, she completed a CAS in «New Work and Digital Collaboration» at the Institute for Communication & Leadership (IKF), further deepening her understanding of modern organizational models and collaboration. Today, Natalie combines clear leadership, structured troubleshooting, and strong change management expertise with a keen sense for interdisciplinary collaboration and sustainable organizational development.
