Trained as a typographer at the HF TGZ Polygrafische Akademie, with postgraduate studies in business management; MBA from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Great Britain. Various management positions in the graphic arts industry, and long-standing Head of Logistics Zurich for Swiss Re, including media production.
