With the relaunch of its corporate website, Allreal has set the course for contemporary, integrated corporate communications. Launched in 2024, the platform brings together all key content in one place – from company information and storytelling through to annual reporting. With its modern look, improved content structure, streamlined navigation and ongoing development, the platform offers genuine added value to a wide range of audiences.
Integrative approach
With Allreal’s new web presence, the previously separate topics of annual reporting and storytelling have now been integrated into the corporate site. The revised information architecture ensures that content is clearly structured and easy to navigate.
Living spaces replace buildings
The design refresh shifts the emphasis: instead of static shots of buildings, the focus is now on people and living spaces. The use of the Roboto typeface, earthy secondary colours and carefully designed icons creates a modern, accessible look without losing the professionalism and reliability of the existing brand.
Moving images make divisions visible
Allreal’s three business divisions – Real Estate, Development and Realisation – are now more visually prominent and clearly defined. Custom-designed introductory videos, produced by Linkstudio, bring the three pillars to life and create an emotional connection. Aligned with the strategic themes, the videos make the company’s real estate expertise easy to grasp.
Interactive marketing tool
A new property overview presents sales and rental listings at a glance, transforming the website into a fully-fledged marketing tool for the company’s real estate portfolio. The ‘Portfolio & Projects’ section and a newly developed interactive map visualising the portfolio further enhance the user experience.
Maximum flexibility with Craft CMS
The self-hosted Craft CMS enables Allreal to manage all content in-house. Company information, stories and reporting are all maintained in one place and updated regularly. Comprehensive user training from Linkgroup has given the team the autonomy they need to maintain and expand the site’s content as required.
Redesign for internal communications
As part of the design refresh, the company’s stationery was also optically revised, including new PowerPoint templates and internal Microsoft Office templates.
“Linkgroup perfectly delivered on our wish for a more modern, fresher look. Seamlessly integrating reporting and storytelling into our corporate website brings tangible benefits for all our stakeholders. Despite the tight schedule, the project was completed on time. The result convinces on every level – content, visuals and functionality.”
