New website for the leading communi­cations network

HarbourClub

The HarbourClub is a networking platform for active chief communications officers from companies and organisations across Switzerland. With the relaunch of its website, the club has restructured its digital presence, expanded its content and refined its visual identity. Working closely with the HarbourClub board, Linkgroup led the process from conceptual realignment through information architecture and design to final execution.

A platform with a distinctive edge

The new website makes crystal clear what the HarbourClub stands for: strong personalities and substantive dialogue on the issues that matter most in communications. It conveys the club’s identity and member benefits in a vibrant and professional way, providing insight into activities and events and showcasing standout moments with attractive visuals. Pointers to upcoming occasions and an expanded news section with integrated LinkedIn posts ensure a steady flow of content and reinforce the club’s standing as an authoritative voice in the communications landscape.

The network in focus

As an exclusive network for chief communications officers with a maximum of 100 members, the HarbourClub provides a trusted platform for exchange on strategic communications and current challenges. The new website brings together all information about the network and membership in a dedicated members’ area. Every member is pictured with a photo, giving the network a human face.

Clear structure for seamless navigation

The navigation guides users quickly to key information and to the two most important events in the annual calendar: the Symposium and the GB Rating. A green button serves as an additional call-to-action element, pointing to topical themes of importance to the club.

Modern design with a playful tone

Visually, the website feels fresher and more contemporary. A colour palette of dark blue, sand and pale green conveys quality, clarity and lightness – setting effective accents throughout. A chic, interactive HC pattern that responds to movement brings a playful note to the design – a friendly wink that shows the HarbourClub’s relaxed and unpretentious side despite its commitment to quality.

Technically, the platform is built on the latest version of Craft CMS, with an SEO-optimised backend and frontend. A new form designed for prospective members supports the application process, and an intuitive CMS structure means the HarbourClub can manage all content independently.

A long-standing collaboration and partnership

Linkgroup developed the website in close dialogue with the HarbourClub board. From structural concept and user journey through to visual design, the result is a cohesive presence that positions the network clearly and is built for the future.
