Publications tailored to every audience

Geberit

For years, Geberit has excelled with outstanding reporting, succeeding in 2025 to secure second place in the Swiss Annual Report Rating. But the company’s achievements extend far beyond numbers. In corporate publishing, Geberit sets benchmarks too, with vibrant employee and customer magazines and a chronicle that brings people and projects to life. Since 1999, Geberit has partnered with Linkgroup to continuously rethink and evolve its communication. The result is a family of top-tier publications – each with its own identity, yet all complementary.

Communication that combines digital and print

Geberit’s reporting stands out, both in content and design, setting standards in value reporting across many dimensions. The jury at the 2025 Swiss Annual Report Rating praised its coherence, a feature that has repeatedly placed Geberit among the podium’s candidates. Following a long-standing online-first principle, the information on its website and digital annual report is enriched with videos, animated charts, graphics and images that spotlight key moments of the year. Nevertheless, print publications continue to play a key role in its audience-specific communications.

Chronicle: stories to remember

The Annual Report is accompanied by the “Chronicle”, a paperback image publication that contains standout stories from the employee and customer magazines, presented in a magazine-like format. Illustrated with generous visuals that look back at the year’s highlights, it features employees and products and makes projects easy to envision. Designed by Linkgroup, and produced in both German and English, the publication received a fresh design update just a few years ago.

Customer magazine “Know-how”

Four times a year, “Know-how” delivers engaging insights that highlight Geberit’s dedication to audience-focused communication. Each edition appears in up to 24 market-specific versions in which group-wide stories are combined with locally tailored content. To produce the magazine, Linkgroup and Geberit work together using the content management system Censhare. The modern layout is designed to enable versioning. Linkgroup creates the corporate stories, develops cover variations and fine-tunes the regional pages, so that each magazine ultimately feels crafted from a single mould.

“360°”: spotlight on employees

In the “360°” employee magazine, Geberit gives the stage to its people. Published twice a year and in nine languages, team members talk about their work at Geberit, their daily lives and what drives them. Linkgroup supports this broad storytelling spectrum with a dynamic editorial design that consciously tests the boundaries of the group’s corporate design.

“For years, Linkgroup has impressed us with consistently high quality, creative solutions and exceptional flexibility. Their consulting is highly competent, and the collaboration is always a pleasure. Thanks to Linkgroup’s integrated services – from concept development and design to production and digital solutions – our internal and external media achieve an outstanding level of effectiveness and efficiency throughout.”
