International investment firm Vontobel has turned to Workiva for its reporting. Linkgroup guided the move to the reporting platform, taking targeted steps to strengthen the collaborative processes.
Strong support along the entire process
What does it take to turn reporting into an efficient, collaborative and secure process? Linkgroup worked closely with Vontobel on its half-year and annual reports, laying the groundwork for clear roles, structured processes and seamless workflows – even across complex interfaces.
More automation and greater data consistency
A central element of the project was the move to Workiva. In close partnership with Vontobel, Linkgroup led the team through this transformation process. The existing report was reviewed against the CD manual and further developed to enhance functionality: table links using range linking significantly reduced manual intervention and potential errors, whilst improving content consistency.
Linkgroup also trained staff in Workiva’s collaboration features, enabling them to make the most of the platform’s strengths. Having achieved its goal, the Vontobel team now works efficiently with a single-source-of-truth approach.
