BKW is in a process of radical change driven by a forward strategy. To help it firmly establish its business model, core values and strategy within the organisation, it commissioned Linkgroup to develop a special image-building publication for staff. The publication conveys the relevant messages by taking readers on a journey of discovery. This active employer branding enables BKW to position itself as an attractive place to work with both existing and prospective employees.
